HGW hydraulic flange adapters and plugs connect SAE J518 Code 61 and Code 62 flange interfaces to common tube, hose, and port connections. Available series include straight and angled adapters, flange heads, and closure plugs.
An SAE four-bolt flange connection clamps a flanged head against a port while an O-ring seals at the face. Code 61 and Code 62 use different pressure classes and dimensional patterns and must not be selected by nominal size alone. Verify the flange code, head style, port dimensions, O-ring, clamp components, fasteners, and working pressure for the assembly.
HGW flange series include straight, 45°, and 90° configurations for Code 61 and Code 62. Connection options include JIC, ORFS, ORB, and tube-bore ends, along with split-flange and flat-face plugs. Swept and forged elbows provide different routing choices for new assemblies, repairs, and equipment retrofits.
