HGW weld-on tube and hose adapters provide permanent fabrication ends for connecting hydraulic tubing or weld preparations to standard fluid-power interfaces. The range includes tube-bore, tube-spud, butt-weld, flange-head, JIC, ORFS, ORB, NPT, and BSPP configurations.
These adapters create a welded transition between fabricated tubing or equipment and a serviceable hydraulic connection. The catalog contains several joint preparations, including tube-bore, tube-spud, and butt-weld styles; they do not all use the same welding procedure. Joint design, base material, wall thickness, cleanliness, alignment, filler metal, heat control, and inspection must be specified for the actual assembly.
HGW series connect weld ends to male or female JIC, ORFS, ORB, NPT, BSPP swivel, and SAE Code 61 or Code 62 flange-head interfaces. Straight connectors, elbows, tees, bulkheads, and swivel configurations support both new fabrication and replacement work while leaving the non-welded side compatible with commonly serviced hydraulic lines.
