HGW metric hydraulic fittings connect metric tubing, threaded ports, and mixed-interface components used across mobile and industrial equipment. Browse straight, elbow, tee, bulkhead, swivel, cap, plug, nut, sleeve, and conversion configurations.
Start With the Sealing Interface
Metric thread size does not identify the complete connection. A tube end may use a 24° compression interface, while a port may seal at a 60° cone, bonded washer, elastomeric face, or O-ring. Confirm the sealing surface, tube outside diameter, thread pitch, and mating component before ordering.
Choose the Complete Configuration
Tube unions, reducers, bulkheads, elbows, tees, and crosses
Swivel ends and adjustable port connections
Caps, plugs, nuts, sleeves, support pieces, and assembly tools
Conversions to JIC, NPTF, BSPP, BSPT, ORB, and metric ports
Complete assemblies and body-only options where listed
Ordering Checks
Use the full item specification rather than the series number alone. Verify material, finish, tube series, seal style, orientation, dimensions, and pressure requirements for the exact part number. Components from different tube series or sealing systems should not be combined merely because the threads engage.
Typical Equipment
These fittings are commonly selected for rigid metric tube runs, hydraulic manifolds, pumps, valves, test points, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, material-handling systems, and repair work on internationally sourced equipment.
